Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Argyle

I need help for my husband who has advanced Parkinson's Disease and some dementia. He is 82 and is essentially bed-bound. Duties would include feeding him a light breakfast and lunch when he is unable to do help himself. He is incontinent, uses a condom catheter, wears diapers. Daily bathing (bed bath or shower). We have a Hoyer lift which is pretty easy to use to move him from his chair to his bed. I don't go out often so would be around to assist as needed. We also have 2 Labs who have never met a stranger.
