About who needs care: Working on a project for college where I have to come up with a budget for my family. In the description for the project it says my spouse is medically ill and requires in home health care twice a week. so im just looking for a good budget one to make the project easier I have an insurance plan selected for the project as well. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
