About who needs care: He was discharged from rehab on yesterday, March 20th. He fractured his hip one month ago. He also has trouble breathing. He more than likely has COPD because he's been smoking for years. I'm awaiting a mobile doctor to give a diagnosis so that he can get a breathing machine. About the care needs: Bubbly personality. He needs a lot of encouragement because he's been through a lot in the last four weeks. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
