Client does not take and mood altering meds, only thyroid meds once daily. She enjoys going to the movies. Client is fairly self sufficient but needs supervision for safety around for example, the cook stove, anything electrical and getting herself out to meet day camp bus daily. There is a close family friend nearby who could assist in an emergency. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
