About who needs care: Had dementia and I also have a father at the same address that has Parkinson's but is much more capable. About the care needs: Should be personable but not need to talk all of the time. Mostly just be there to help with pills, laundry, meal prep and just a general companion. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
