About who needs care: She has a bandage on her back that needs to be changed daily. She stays homevand watches TV or naps. Breakfast is at 10, lunch at 1 and dinner needs to be prepared so she will have it after you leave. About the care needs: The only skill the caregiver needs would be to want to be there and take care of my mom like she was their own mother.
