About who needs care: My dad is having more medical issues coming up. He has had a couple surgeries recently. Generally he is doing well, but my mom has memory issues and that had been hard for him to keep up with other things around the house. They get up early and are generally together all the time, and my dad has to care for my mom a good bit. They love going to church, helping at the food pantry, reading, coloring, and drinking coffee. About the care needs: Generally I'm looking for housekeeping, cleaning, organizational, and some companionship (to relieve my dad in his care for my mom). Probably periodic cleaning and help organizing to start, but expanding from there. A caring and hospitable person willing to listen to them and their needs is important. Christian faith and involvement in church would certainly mesh well with their values, but isn't a requirement. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
