About who needs care: My dad has fairly advanced aphasia and is fairly incoherent but knows family and enjoys being at home. He enjoys watching old movies. Our primary developing issue is his unwillingness to cooperate with a bathing regimen. My mom handles sponge bathing but wants to maintain a weekly shower to wash his hair and a more thorough cleaning. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
