About the job
The patient is in the latter stages of ALS, uses a ventilator and feeding tube and as such, requires constant care for most things. Experience and familiarity with medical devices is a huge plus and paid training will be provided for the ventilator and feeding tube. Thome is well equipped with medical assistance devices including an electric hoyer lift, hospital bed, etc. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding tube, Companionship, Errands / Shopping. Looking for a live-in, as well as 3 to 4 other individuals to provide for time off. Please respond with availability and a contact number for cosideration.
