Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Nashville

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 80s. She is very sweet and LOVES to talk so a good listener would be great. She is having some memory issues and may ask the same questions over again so patience would be appreciated also. Some light tidying up is involved-helping her put clothes away and making her bed, cleaning up her room some. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements-she loves her showers. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands, taking her to fun places occasionally. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. We have 4 dogs now-she brought her sweet English retriever with her-Allie.
