Most of "hands on care," refers to assisting her out of bed and from sitting to standing and accompany her around the house to try and prevent possible falls. Light housework may be required at times. Example: If she's had an accident, placing all soiled lines in washer and dryer and making up bed with clean sheets. Some help needed with full on shower at least twice a week. Personal toileting assistance required, involves reminding and accompanying her to restroom, assistance with clean up or verification she cleaned up properly and assisting her with changing her depends diapers. Assistance with getting out of bed each day and usual activities of daily living. Encourage/remind her to eat partially pre-prepared foods & drinking fluids.
