About who needs care: Early Parkinsons dementia Risk of falls Wheelchair & hospital bed About the care needs: Calm, nurturing and willing to interact with spouse. He would be having dinner & then going to bed around 9:00-9:30. He would need some supervision & possibly help getting to bathroom on walker. Otherwise, caregiver has free time in the household during the night. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
