About who needs care: He has a Traumatic brain injury that he has had surgery for but is now a forgetful and slow. Diabetic. Uses a cane to walk. He likes watching movies all day everyday. He likes his dogs next to him. They are 2 Chihuahuas. He doesn't really have a hobby per say. He wakes up mid morning. Takes meds and insulin. Makes breakfast, Eats, and watches TV most of the day. He will make dinner in late evenings. He goes to sleep late like midnight. About the care needs: Someone who can deal with Dad jokes. Give a chuckle here and there. A good listener, even if it doesn't make sense. Must be able to drive. A veteran would be cool. My father is retired Army. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
