About who needs care: He is full-time in bed. Changing him requires strength, he is of no assistance. He eats multiple meals a day. He needs meals prepared & to be fed to him. Severe dementia, on Hospice @home. He is vocal, but mostly responsive. Sometimes will talk to himself. Still has a little sense of humor to make a joke or funny faces. Ideally his day begins early with breakfast, meds, & changing. Lunch around noon w/another dose of meds & generally a change. Evening dinner w/meds & another change. Some tv & chatting through the day. About the care needs: Flexible & honest. Has to be good & sweet to him. Caregiving experience needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
