I need a senior care provider with experience for my grandmother. Our care concerns are: medication prompting and assisting with doctors' appointments. Medication management is required as she has continued health issues due to ignoring symptoms, not following doctor's instructions, and taking medications incorrectly. We would like someone who can go with her and her husband to her doctor's appointments and help them keep track of what they need to be doing at home.
