About who needs care: Recovering from broken hip, Need someone to help parent reposition in bed and notify staff if parent needs assistance. Parent is naturally frail (age 79) so remaining in bed causes extra pain. Using kind language around patient is a must. About the care needs: Someone who is kind and accommodating both to parent and to support staff. Parent lived overseas and would probably enjoy having someone to talk to who has had overseas experiences. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
