About the job
Looking for a companion for my Mom, age 81 for Saturday mornings 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 PM, including an outing to include lunch each day. Will pay for mileage. Located close to 4775 New Harvest Lane, Knoxville, TN 37918. Mom is very ambulatory, pleasant, has a cheeky sense of humor and is eager to get out and be in nature. She has a master's degree in physical education and likes to walk and dance. She is able to shower herself but needs someone to assist. Shower to be provided each day of care. Mom has dementia. She resides in an assisted living community. Caregiver must be a non-smoker with experience working with folks with dementia. Caregiver must be able to provide transport to and from local parks and stores in the Caregiver's vehicle. Seatbelts a must! Inside walking during inclement weather at local nearby stores. Thanks!
