About the job
Looking for a walking buddy and companion for my Mom, age 81 for the dates of January 20 -24 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 PM, including an outing to include lunch each day. Will pay for mileage. Mom is very ambulatory, pleasant, has a cheeky sense of humor and is eager to get out and exercise. She is able to shower herself but needs someone there to assist. Asking caregiver to ensure a shower each day of care. Mom has a master's degree in physical education. Mom has dementia. She resides in an assisted living community. Caregiver must be a non-smoker with experience working with folks with dementia. Caregiver must be able to provide transport to and from local park and stores in the Caregiver's vehicle. Seatbelts a must! Inside walking during inclement weather at local nearby stores. Thanks!
