About who needs care: My sister has cerebral palsy. She is wheelchair bound and needs assistance with bathing, dressing, using the bathroom. She enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles, listening to Christian music, spending time outside, and watching game shows on tv. Ideal day would be getting bathed, dressed, listening to her favorite Christian songs, going outside for a bit, doing a jigsaw puzzle and watching her favorite shows. About the care needs: They should be experienced caring for an individual with special needs, have a great bedside manner, exhibit patience, kindness, understanding, and genuine care for another's well being. Should be able to transfer someone who is unable to stand on their own. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
