About who needs care: I am under hospice care and what I need is to give my caregiver relief for a few hours twice a week. I need help moving about when necessary. I need help getting to the tool. About the care needs: did not finish that last. I'll need help getting to the toilet sometimes quickly. And getting up once I am finished. I will need help getting lunch. I do not need companion ship. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
