Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Knoxville

About who needs care: My father has congestive heart failure, dementia, urine incontinent, and walks with a Walker. He can change his depends, dress himself, etc. he just needs prompting. If hes having a dementia day - hes very confused. This person will need this person to fix his lunch, dinner, give him his meds and help him get in bed. I have to be in Nashville that day helping my daughter find an apartment. So this will be all day. About the care needs: If hes clearer headed and able to - he likes to go outside and would enjoy talking to the person. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
