Companion Care Needed For My Mother

We need companion care to take care of my mother. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. My mother is seeing impaired, so we need a little help with meal prep and getting set up to eat for those tasks.
