Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Hermitage

About who needs care: Looking for help for my Father who has diabetes and is blind. Also, need temporary help with my brother who recently had his foot amputated. They live together and he was my father's primary caregiver before he became disabled. About the care needs: Ideally, I am looking for someone that can cook, clean and do laundry and assist them both with diabetic readings and medicine reminders. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
