We are seeking team members for our crew of rotating caregivers for my 69-year-old sister who has MS. She uses a power wheelchair and manages a small publishing company from our home. She needs help with activities of daily living. Our caregivers come at 8:30 p.m. and help her get into bed, usually by 10:00. They then sleep in a private bedroom just down the hall. She gets up about 7:00 or 7:30 and needs help with dressing, toileting, and breakfast. We have ceiling lifts. Our caregivers also help with meal prep and housekeeping chores and leave at 10:00 a.m. We start our pay at $15. 00 for the active hours and $11. 00 for the overnight sleeping hours. The pay is negotiable depending on experience.
