About who needs care: My stepfather has COPD, congestive heart failure, and diabetes. About the care needs: My stepfather is a retired engineer. He is very good natured except when dealing with his smartphone. Patience, empathy, kindness, and respect are what he needs. We need someone who is experienced and comfortable bathing an older gentleman who is in poor health, and comfortable with cats. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
