About who needs care: Tracy has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers as well as Othello's syndrome. Her form of EOA is rather rare, so all of her symptoms and patterns are a bit hard to describe. Her decline was fast, but shes plateaued as of recently. Her daily routine at this point mostly just consists of eating her meals that have been prepared for her and watching TV. She is mobile, but its very limited so most activities are out of the question. Mostly, she just needs someone to assist her in daily tasks and keep her company. About the care needs: Someone that can keep a conversation going and that has experience with the agitation that comes with dementia would be a better fit. In general, a caregiver that has experience in taking care of Alzheimers patients would be best. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
