About who needs care: Spine - Vertebrae's 5, 6, 7 -metal Broken bone above knee - metal Heel of foot rebuilt and metal also replaced areas in the ankle to strength All injuries are on the right side. I cannot put any weight on right foot for at least 6 more months. Using walker daily and a wheelchair when needed. Needing bathing, light housekeeping, food preparation, and possibly transportation to Doctor' Appointments. I will need mornings and evening and which on will depend on Home Health for PT and OT in home visits as well as what assistance I will have from Family and Friends for Doctor's appointments. About the care needs: Positive person No specialized skills that I am aware of at this time Hope this person would have hobbies/interest, but nothing specific for me Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
