I need care provider to provide post surgical care 3-4 days per week. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Heavy Lifting, Errands / Shopping, Transportation to PT, and ensuring Polar Pack is ready with ice. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments (she has her own vehicle).
