Seeking Full-time Live In Senior Care Provider

I need a senior care provider with experience for a stroke patient. We are particular seeking live in care but would be open to discussing a regular schedule; in particular afternoons and weekends. Our care concerns are: Bathing / Dressing, toileting, catheter care, j tube feeding, medication management possible, Meal Preparation at times possible, Transportation to appointments possible. The client would use a stand assist and is otherwise wheelchair reliant. He is mentally capable but physically needs assistance with most all of his needs.
