Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Spartanburg

About who needs care: She is currently living alone with her poodle companion and has trouble remembering things like if she has eaten or taken her medicine and finds it harder to get through simple tasks due to her aging mind and body. She finds it easier when I am there to remind her that she has done the important things and fix food for her to encourage her to eat more. She likes to get up early and walk her dog and spend some time outside but she lives off of a busy road and I worry about her. She often has low energy and needs company that can entertain her with activities from home. About the care needs: My grandmother is a very sweet lady who responds well to a sweet natured person too. She likes to laugh and talk about her life so a good listener is key. She would still need to feel independent but will accept help when its offered. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
