About the job
About who needs care: 94 and in excellent physical health. She is suffering from dementia/Alzheimers. Medication has helped mange this. She is pleasant, non violent and not a flight risk. She enjoys playing the card game rummy. I am looking for someone to come in 9:00 a.m. or 10:00am, for three hours a day. Four days a week. I will have her breakfast and meds done and will cook lunch so no cooking, cleaning or meds to worry about. Looking for companionship for her while I work around the house or run errands. Mainly get her to the bathroom safely-she can go on her own but my primary concern is a fall. She is ambulatory and does not require a walker. About the care needs: A good fit would be someone kind and not loud. She is easygoing and I require the same trait in a caregiver. No special skills needed. Services needed include: companionship.
