About who needs care: She has advanced Alzheimers and is on hospice. She mostly needs help going to the bedside potty. She might pull her Depends down too early and get pee on the floor that has to be cleaned up. She might need help wiping after pooping. She needs help changing her Depends if they need to be changed. Otherwise she will sit in her chair and watch Hallmark or lay down in her bed. She needs help but does not always like help. About the care needs: She needs someone gentle, familiar with Alzheimers, and will let her do as much as she is able to do on her own. She doesn't like anyone too bossy. They also need to be ok helping her with pee and poop, while still protecting her dignity. Services needed include: toileting, giving snacks or lunch, keeping her safe and fall free.
