About who needs care: I need someone to travel with me to North Carolina to pick up my cousin in an assisted living facility and bring her to a nursing home in Spartanburg. She has dementia and is incontinent. She wears adult diapers. She is alert and usually easy going. This is an almost 4 hour trip and she will need to be toileted at least once. About the care needs: I would like someone with experience in dealing with dementia patients, easy going, kind and a nonsmoker. Services needed include: transportation.
