She would need assistance with showers and ensuring that she us taking medication correctly. Cooking of light meals. About the care needs: A patient and kind person. They would need to be able to assist getting her off toilet. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
