We need companion care to help with my disabled, home-bound sister. She's in her 30's and experiences frequent seizures. She is relatively independent but does need help keeping track of medications, help with light housekeeping/chores, and light meal prep. Companionship: helping around the house but also engaging with my sister and her child. Being home-bound, she often goes days-weeks without outside interaction. Add'l duties would include taking her grocery shopping/picking up prescriptions, running errands, etc. A non-smoking, CPR/first-aid trained caregiver is preferred, but not necessary. Additionally, she has a 5-year-old child who is at home but does not require childcare as my sister is her primary caregiver. However, being comfortable with children is a must.
