Hands-on Care Needed For My Wife About who needs care: My wife is 46 years old and recently suffered a spinal cord injury and is currently paralyzed from the shoulders down. Our care concerns are: medication prompting, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, dressing, feeding, companionship, errands / shopping and transportation to physical therapy appointments on most days during the week.
