About who needs care: Patient is ambulatory and sometimes uses a cane or He goes PT 2 days a week standby assist for bathing but can do himself. He takes a shower on his own. He doesn't drive anymore. He needs assistance going to Doc appointments and outings (dog park, golden choral, sightseeing) Caregiver prepares breakfast, lunch and give a snack (juice, pudding, chips) before leaving. Must have own transportation and must be on time. About the care needs: Must have experience working with the elderly. Must have experience working with patients with some confusion at times. Must be seasoned with years of experience. Must be good at documentation. Must not use profanity. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
