About who needs care: At the Start of dementia. She falls a lot and doesn't want to be in a facility. Need someone to watch over my dad's wife so he can have a break. She spends most of her time watching tv in her room. My father has been taking care of her for the last couple of years. I just want someone to keep an eye on her for a week or so at a time. About the care needs: Retired restaurant staff would have lots of conversation topics. She likes music movies and television.
