Educated and well-traveled older couple are having a tough time transitioning from being independent, and might like a young person who has a driver's license to stop by throughout the week and take them places. Dad has Alzheimer's and Mom is getting more anxious and discombobulated trying to care for him. It's time to relinquish the car keys, but daughters cannot do all the necessary driving. We need help mainly with getting to church, doctor's appointments, the grocery store and lunches out at some favorite restaurants. Usually home by 2:30-3:00 for a nap, but meal help very appreciated in the evening, as Dad needs diabetic meals and is often agitated while Mom is trying to get dinner together. If you can help them use the tv remote, baseball games, nature shows and The Chosen are favorites. We are flexible and want a win/win situation.
