Caregiver For Individual With Lewy Body Dementia And Parkinson's Disease

This is a long term position. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced female caregiver to provide overnight, in-home care my grandmother with Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's Disease. Responsibilities include assisting with showering every other day, helping her get dressed for bed, and providing nighttime supervision to prevent her from getting out of bed unsupervised. The caregiver will assist with trips to and from the bathroom, ensure her safety, and provide emotional support if she becomes disoriented. Experience with dementia patients and comfort around cats is essential, as the household includes pets. The room is under surveillance for safety monitoring.
