About who needs care: At home hospice patient, confused at times but not agitated. Will need help with meals, and may need help with medications. About the care needs: we do have a CNA daily in the mid to late afternoon to help with bathing and other personal needs. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
