Looking For Senior Caregiver

Looking for a caregiver for my 83 yr old mother with Alzheimer's who lives with my family. My mother's mobility has really deteriorated over the yrs & I'm looking for someone who's good working with elderly ppl with dementia, who can get her to bed at night & is able to do transfers between wheelchair, commode, & bed. My mother's very sweet & easy going, but she's just become too much care for my family, as we work full-time & have two busy kids! The time slots I mentioned can be flexible, but essentially I'm looking for someone to get my mother to bed every night & up in the morning on weekends. We have a caregiver now who works weekdays, so we're just hoping to find someone to help fill the other time slots. Thank you! Get my mother to the commode every night, brush her teeth, give her a couple pills @ night, clean her up & put diaper on & get her settled into bed. And on Sat & Sun morning, get my mother out of bed, onto the commode, sponge-bathed, teeth brushed, diapered, dressed, into her wheelchair, fed breakfast, & given morning pills. CNA certified is ideal, but not required if the caregiver has the experience. My mother just had a partial hip replacement, so we're still working on trying to get her to stand & hold herself up. We have a Hoyer lift if needed, but we'd like her to work on standing & holding her own weight. You can park in the driveway Yes, we have 5 very sweet kitties:)
