Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Riverside

We need hands-on care to take care of my grandmother-in-law in Riverside. She is completely blind with a debilitating essential tremor and unable to walk for an extended period of time. Assistance with medication (crushed and mixed with applesauce or pudding) is needed. Some help needed with bathing might be needed. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments (this doesn't happen often). Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with three dogs (extremely friendly Cavalier King Charles spaniels) and two cats (also sweet but keep to themselves). Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and is clean, quiet and easy to access with a decent sized driveway for parking.
