About the job
Help needed for my Dad in his late 60s - seeking part-time care. Seeking someone to handle laundry, simple meal preparation and tidying. He may also require assistance with bathing. Applicant must be able to handle basement stairs for laundry. Looking for an easy-going, caring and compassionate companion. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.) and running errands like grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions. Looking for someone upbeat and kind. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, physically strong and CPR / first-aid trained. Hours ideally 8am-noon.
