About the job
I am looking for someone for my 40-year-old husband. He is post open heart surgery, he has severe lupus, fibromyalgia, thyroid cancer, Rhematoid arthritis and is on the autism spectrum. Since getting sick his life has grinded to a halt. What we are looking for is help with his insurance, and doctor appointment phone calls. He has 30+ doctors so there are follow-ups to be made, tests to be scheduled, insurance issues to work out, a mail order pharmacy to contact for several of his meds. He will at times need someone to be around while he showers, in case he falls. He needs someone to take him for walks, and light housework to help his desk, and closet stay organized.
