Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Cumberland We are looking for care for our mother. She is a retired RN, and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, She is ambulating with a walker and does have difficulty communicating and finding words, she still knows family members. Mom and Dad live in Cumberland. We are looking for a caregiver with memory care experience, who is also able to assist with some personal care, ADLs &exercises. One of our goals is to provide some relief to our Dad, as he is the 24/7 caregiver to Mom. Looking for 8-10 hrs/week, approx 2 days/week.. A little bit about Mom-she is/was a brilliant RN when practicing, While her personality has changed and evolved with the diagnosis, she has always had a very good sense of humor and can be silly at times. Mom LOVES to watch the same Christmas movies over & over! :)
