Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Cranston

About who needs care: This is a previously active 59-year-old man who had stroke eve of back surgery. Previous history of shoulder replacement, infection and removal. Has a temporary shoulder in left. Stroke has compromised use of right leg (recovering slowly) and right arm/hand as well as speech. With 2 months of inpatient rehab he's slowly regaining some speech. Lives with son who works full time in house. Looking for care (shower, dressing, toileting) in morning and eve daily. About the care needs: he was life of the party, many many friends, bodybuilding, loves to cook (and eat), needs a fun, joking personality that can encourage him to regain as much function as possible. Need to be strong. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
