Very sweet 88 yr old man post stroke mostly in bed, was more mobile untill recent decline need help with brief change as needed but has a catheter for urine may need emptying occasionally , family does morning care, no catheter care needed we will have home PT to get him using walker/wheelchair again but this may not be possible he is weak at this time CNA wanted can be a little flexible with times
