Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Bristol

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Help Staying Physically Active, Companionship. Assistance with medication is needed. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. My mother has no cognitive impairments but needs medication prompting and assistance with getting in van taking her to the local senior center. I live very close by and can do most things for her but I also work full time and want to be sure she is taking her medications consistently. She has chronic heart failure but is otherwise in good health.
