Hands-on Care Needed For My Father

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my father in his 70s. He has struggled with heart/lung medical issues and is on oxygen. He wishes to stay independent as long as possible and we are supporting him in this. He occasionally has spells of weakness and needs support with movement. We need someone to check in daily - do light housekeeping and help prep/warm basic meals. He is a very private person, so a good match will be someone who respects his privacy while supporting him. Important - experience with managing medication is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. We're looking for some help preparing meals.
